NSWRU has introduced a Players Points Assessment Scheme for the 2009 Season. The system will be in place for 1st and 2nd and 1st and 2nd Grade Colts. All players will be allocated points at the start of the season based on their past playing experience with discounts available for past service to the Club in Juniors, Colts and Grade.

Each player will be required to complete and sign a personal declaration form which will be verified by the Club and sent onto NSWRU – this will determine your individual points standing for West Harbour in 2009. The combined points tally of teams taking the field (including fresh reserves) will be as follows in 2009:-

1st Grade       140                             1st Grade Colts          50

2nd Grade        60                             2nd Grade Colts         40

Summary of points allocation:-       

A         Tier 1 Internationals                               2

B         Super 14 (3+ games)                          16

C        National School /Age/S14                   10                                                        
           40+ 1st Grade Games        

D         25-39 1st Grade Games                      6

E         > 50% of 1st Colts in 2008                   4                                           
           State School Rep in last 2 years

F          All other Players                                     2

Discounts are available for family in their first year only, previous years at the Club/Juniors, long service with the Club (100 + colts/Grade Games or 8 years).
